Project Phelan was a severely dilapidated property in SB county that needed a full knockdown and ground-up rebuild. We take health seriously. We coordinated the asbestos survey, lab testing, and removal process last year with our partnering specialists and got our full demolition approved!

After months of foundation, framing, electrical and mechanical work, the house has now passed combo inspection and is now ready for exterior stucco and further interior work.
